How it works

For sellers

You list, you hold, you ship. PSC never takes possession of your gear, which means no consignment markup, no waiting for a shop to sell your item, and you keep control until it's sold.

• Create a listing with at least one photo, a price, and a condition grade.
• Buyers can purchase outright or, if you allow it, send you an offer.
• When a sale closes, PSC holds the buyer's payment until delivery.
• Ship the item and upload the tracking number.
• Once tracking is in, your funds are released to your account.

For buyers

You browse, you buy, you wait for the box. Your money is held by PSC until the seller actually ships, so there's no risk of paying for something that never arrives.

• Browse listings filtered by category, condition, circuit, or price.
• Watch listings you're interested in to come back to later.
• Buy outright, send an offer, or pay by Purchase Order if your district requires it.
• The seller ships once your payment clears.
• Mark the item received when it arrives, and leave a review for the seller.

Verified programs

Programs that march in DCI, WGI, BOA, or DCA can apply for a verified badge. Verification is free and helps buyers know they're dealing with a legitimate organization, not a stranger from a Facebook group.

Fees

PSC takes a small platform fee on each completed transaction — a fraction of what consignment shops charge. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no fees if your item doesn't sell.
