These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Performance Supply Co. (PSC), the website at performancesupplyco.shop, and any related services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or director, to use PSC. By using the site you represent that you can lawfully enter into binding contracts.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. PSC is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access if you fail to keep your password confidential.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition descriptions, photos, and disclosures of any damage or wear. Sellers warrant that they have the legal right to sell the item and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing. PSC is a venue and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers.
PSC charges a platform fee on each completed sale. Fees are disclosed at the point of sale. Payments are processed through third-party providers and held in escrow until tracking confirmation, at which point funds are released to the seller.
You may not use PSC to sell counterfeit goods, stolen items, or anything illegal in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction. You may not harass other users, scrape the site, or attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system.
Users who discover a listing or seller through PSC may not solicit or complete the transaction outside of PSC. This includes sharing contact information, directing another user to an external payment method, or offering discounts to transact off-platform. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.
If a transaction goes wrong, the buyer may open a dispute through PSC support. The dispute must be opened within 7 days of the shipped date — the date the seller marks the order as shipped. After that 7-day window the order is treated as final. PSC will review the available evidence and make a binding decision within the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSC's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid PSC in fees in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of PSC after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Verified program badges are granted at PSC's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. Badge holders represent that their organizational affiliation is accurate.
