Performance Supply Co. respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use the data we collect to operate the marketplace — showing you relevant listings, processing transactions, sending you order and account notifications, supporting you when something goes wrong, and preventing abuse and fraud. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is shared only with the providers we use to run the service: our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and any hosting or analytics services strictly necessary to operate the site. Each is contractually required to protect your data.
Buyers and sellers exchange limited contact information necessary for shipping and order resolution. Your full account profile is not shared. Contact information shared through PSC may only be used to complete the PSC transaction — using it to solicit or complete a sale off-platform is a Terms of Service violation and may result in account suspension.
PSC uses cookies for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
You can update your profile, change your notification preferences, and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account removes your profile and listings, but PSC may retain order records for a reasonable period to comply with tax and dispute-resolution obligations.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular reviews of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security options offered.
PSC is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
